Biography of Wirngo Buba Kibo

Wirngo Buba Kibo is a dedicated public servant and visionary leader, Committed to transforming Jakiri in to thriving inclusive.

Education: Mr. Buba was born in Jakiri on the 9th of October 1968 from a family of Community oriented individuals. He attended and obtained FSLC from GS Jakiri in 1982. Between 1982-1987 he obtained OL certificate while 1987-1989 he acquired his A/L certificate all from GBHS Kumbo. Between 1990-1992 he graduated with a Bachelor in law and Political Science while in 1993 to 1994 he graduated with honor in Master in political Science. Mr. Buba also has master degree in local Governance from the University of Bamenda.

Career

Mr. Buba passion for public service began as economic operator since 1997-2000 equally his passion for public service began as a youth leader advocating for Community Development projects. He serves as:-

• Member of Parliament Jakiri from 2007-2013
• Vice Section President from 2007-2015.
• Section President from 2015 till date.
• Mayor of Jakiri from 2020 till date.

Biography of Madam Wirsiy Presilia Bonglii:

• Madam Wirsiy Presilia Bonglii was born on the 10^th of January 1986 at Sop village in Jakiri Sub Division in the family of Mr. Wirsiy Vitals and Mrs. Rose Siliyka. . She attended her primary school at C S Sop where she obtained her FSLC in the 2000. She furthered her secondary school education in GSS Sop from 2001 to 2007. Madam Wirsiy Presillia Bonglii is married and a mother of two girls and two boys.

Biography of Mr. Manjo Useni Lele

• Manjo Usheni Lele who is the 2^nd Deputy of Mayor was born on the 6^th of February 1986 at Vekovi in Jakiri Sub Division in the family of Ardo Adamu Manjo . He is also from the Muslim religion and a Mbororo youth. Mr. Manjo Usheni Lele attended his primary education at Presbiterian School Vekovi in in the year 2000. From there he obtained his Ordinary Level in 2006 and Advanced in 2009 all from GBHS Jakiri. Mr Manjo Usheni Lele continued his Bachelor’s degree program in Law and Political Science from the University of Dschang.

He has worked as a public relation officer in Lelewal Foundation in 2020, he had equally worked with ACAMAS Turkish NGO in 2018 and had participated in seminars which he was issued  certificates like Training on Policy Advocacy in the United Nations Frame Work Convention of Climate Change (UNFCCC) processes conducted from May to 11 to August 03 2021, Seminar on Africa Regional Training on Indigenous People’s sustainable Self Determined Development (IPSSDD) in 2023, United Nations Permanent Forum on Indigenous issues (UNPFI) in 2022 and Training on indigenous people’s Rights and the International Human rights Law on March 2024.He is currently undergoing studies in NASLA Buea ,in Administration and management of social policy .

• Professional and certified tailor: obtained professional certificate in 1979.
• Worked as bookkeeper for NOi-VISOMBO cooperative credit union from 1985 to 1993.
• Held the position of the national president of the NOI Cultural and Development Association.
• Equally held the position of the president of the NSO Cultural and Development Association (Nso’Bati Yaoundé) from 2002 to 2006.

• A title traditional noble with a red feather.

Biography of Mr Bime Fredrick Kahinji:

4. Bime Frederick Kahinji, 4^th Deputy Mayor. Mr. Bime Frederick Kahinji was born on the 23^rd September 1983 at Santa in Mezam Division in the North West Region of Cameroon to the family of Fai Ketukebam and of Mrs. Miriama Biy Wibah. He grewed up at Mbohnjong in Jakiri Sub Division where he attended his primary school and obtained his FSLC from CBC Mbohnjong in 1997. He attended JMBC Ndu where he later left again for his village Mbohnjong in 2002.

Mr. Bime Frederick Kahinji worked as a probationary teacher in G.S Ndzerem-Nyam from the period 2003 to 2009 and within this course, he was appointed as Civil Status Secretary for Ndzerem-sNyam Special Centre in 2005 till then. He later on got married and started his political career and also embarked on farming and grazing back there at Mbohnjong. Today, he holds several posts of responsibilities in the ruling party CPDM and the 4^th Deputy Mayor of Jakiri Council.
